Why the project began

The business trigger

Listings, translations and lead ownership were fragmented across individual agents, documents and messaging applications.

Engagement: Platform and lead-operations rebuild
What Tengri produced

The actual build

A multilingual brokerage platform with governed property data, advanced search, property detail templates, viewing requests and agent-to-CRM routing.

Designed for: Overseas buyers, listing managers, property advisers and sales leadership
01 · Client situation

Where the engagement began

Listings were collected from several sources and presented differently by individual agents. Key facts could be missing or outdated, translated content was inconsistent, and buyer enquiries often began without budget, location or property-type context. Management could not see a reliable relationship between marketing source, buyer intent and follow-up status.

02 · Commercial difficulty

Why a standard service package would fail

The business needed more than an attractive portal. It required a property-data standard, clear publishing ownership, useful search, language-aware content, lead qualification and a CRM hand-off that agents would actually use.

03 · Strategic decision

How Tengri framed the mandate

The catalogue was designed as structured business data first and a visual website second. Search, SEO, language versions, agent routing and reporting were then built around the same information model.

04 · Delivery sequence

From diagnosis to operating handover

01

Inventory audit

Mapped sources, mandatory fields, media requirements, update responsibilities and archive rules.

02

Buyer architecture

Organised locations, property types, use cases, filters, comparison needs and multilingual search intent.

03

Experience build

Created the catalogue, property detail system, saved-interest journeys and viewing or consultation requests.

04

Lead operations

Connected source tracking, buyer context, agent assignment, response stages and management visibility.

05 · Controlled outputs

What the mandate produced

  • Property data specification
  • Catalogue and taxonomy
  • Advanced search and filter UX
  • Multilingual content architecture
  • Property detail-page system
  • Viewing and advisory journeys
  • Agent and CRM routing
  • Technical SEO foundation
06 · Business value

What changed operationally

  • Property information moved toward one governed source rather than agent-held versions.
  • Visitors could narrow opportunities before requesting assistance.
  • Enquiries reached agents with more useful buyer and property context.
  • Management gained a repeatable platform for new inventory, locations and languages.
