What we pay attention to when evaluating commercial opportunity.
Tengri looks beyond headlines and isolated trends. We focus on changes that can alter how a business enters a market, reaches customers, structures operations, uses technology or creates a defensible advantage.
PROPERTY
Better property leads begin before the form.
Lead quality is shaped by positioning, price context, location detail, eligibility and buyer intent long before someone enters a phone number. A beautiful property campaign that hides essential information can increase enquiries while making the sales team's job harder. We prefer journeys that qualify interest progressively and route different buyer types appropriately.
MEDIA
DOOH works better when the next action is designed.
A screen impression is useful, but the commercial system becomes stronger when creative, location and digital follow-up are planned together. QR, branded search, retargeting, landing pages or location-specific offers can create a measurable next step without pretending every physical impression is individually attributable.
WEB
Premium design cannot compensate for weak architecture.
A high-end website still needs clear information hierarchy, search-friendly structure, fast media, accessible navigation and deliberate conversion paths. Design establishes trust; technical quality and content structure help that trust survive the user's next click.
AI
Automate the repetitive, not the responsibility.
AI is useful for classification, summarisation, drafting, retrieval and workflow assistance. It should not quietly replace human judgement where accuracy, regulation, money or customer impact matters. Good automation makes responsibility clearer rather than hiding it behind a model.
CRM
More leads do not fix a broken follow-up process.
Many growth problems are operational. If leads are not assigned quickly, status is inconsistent and follow-up is invisible, increasing ad spend may simply increase waste. CRM design should reflect how the team actually works and make ownership, next action and reporting obvious.
MARKET ENTRY
Choose a jurisdiction for the business — not the headline.
Incorporation cost is only one variable. Activity, customers, management location, tax residence, banking, payment providers, hiring and regulation can matter more. Company formation should therefore begin with the operating model and use qualified local advice where legal or tax consequences need to be determined.
